Aims of the Congress

The Free Press is one of the most relevant phenomenons affecting communication and journalism in the last years.

Spain has been one of the leading countries in this phenomenon, and this is one of the reasons we chose to hold here, in Madrid, the 1st World Congress of the sector of Free Press.

This project is very ambitious indeed, expecting over 400 attendants coming from many countries.  The speakers who will take part in the Congress are the generators of the most striking success cases in the press world – creating for the first time ever a global gathering of the sector of free press.

One of the aims of the Congress is to deal with much information,  workshops and round tables, in order to discuss all the aspects related to free media, and putting an effort in analysing and understanding the direction towards which the world of free press will be going to in the upcoming decades.
